Do you perform surgery?

Yes, we perform soft tissue surgeries (routine and complicated) i.e. spays, neuters, dental cleaning with or without extractions, complicated i.e. cystotomies, exploratories, mass removals. We have a traveling board-certified surgeon who will come in and perform orthopedic surgeries for patients (i.e. TPLO, FHO, luxating patella repair).

Are you seeing new patients?

Yes, always.

When can I pick up medications?

During the hours we are open. We advise calling in advance to ensure your medication is ready in a timely manner.

How do I refill medications?

There are a few ways to refill medications. You can fill out the refill form through our website, you can call us to talk with a receptionist or leave a detailed message on our voicemail, or you can come in during our open hours.

What happens when I arrive with my pet?

When you arrive in the parking lot you would call our office, when talking to the receptionist we will obtain information about you, your pet, and what brings you in today. You will then be put into the lineup to be seen. Due to the recent pandemic, we only allow 2 patients to wait in the lobby at a time. When it is your time to come into the lobby, we will call you in and ask that you get the weight of your pet (dog patients only), and wait until an exam room is ready.

Do you see emergencies?

Can a non-client get heartworm and flea/tick preventative medication?

No, and yes. By law, we are not allowed to send heartworm and oral flea/tick preventatives if we have not seen the patient before or if the patient has not been seen in the last year. Topical flea/tick medication i.e. Frontline Gold can be dispensed without seeing the patient.
